That matters more than it sounds. Being based in Grand Blanc means a job in Flint or Fenton is a short run, a job in Novi or Troy is a normal commute, and there is no travel loaded into the number for anything inside those four counties. It also means someone can be on your site to look at something without it becoming an event.
The work is the same whichever end of the territory it is on. Rough framing for builders and general contractors, floor systems, walls, roof framing and trusses, LVL and steel beam installation. Basement framing for finished basements. Roofing by the square. Decks and porches.
Almost all of it is labor only. The builder orders the package through their own supplier, it lands on site, and we frame it. Homeowners without a builder normally hire a general contractor who brings us in for the structure, and we will quote material as its own line if you would rather that sat with us.
We are not the contractor of record. The permit is pulled by the owner or the builder and we work under it, which is the normal arrangement for a framing sub and worth being straight about up front.
Fully insured, certificate the same day you ask, and SAM.gov registered for public work. If you have a plan set or even a sketch, send it and you will get a real number back.
