How Mavericks Construction LLC collects, uses and protects the information you share when you request a quote, upload plans, or text us. Effective September 5, 2026.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers that help us run the business, only as needed to do their job: our website and email hosting (Cloudflare, Google Workspace), our text-messaging provider (Twilio), our CRM, and our accountant or insurer when required. Suppliers or subcontractors we bring onto your job see only what they need to price or perform their part.
When you enter your mobile number and tap a button such as "Text me this estimate," "Send my quote," or "Text us," you agree to receive text messages from Mavericks Construction at that number about your estimate, scheduling and job updates. Message frequency varies by project; typically 1–5 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help or call (810) 280-9008. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Uploaded plans are used only to prepare your estimate and perform the work. We keep them for the life of the project plus our normal record-retention period, then delete them. We do not publish your plans. Jobsite photos we take may be used in our portfolio only with the builder's or owner's permission and without street addresses.
We keep quote and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy Michigan lien, tax and insurance requirements, generally seven years for completed jobs. Requests that never became a job are deleted or anonymized after 24 months.
The site and our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Information is stored on password-protected, encrypted services with access limited to people who need it. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll notify you as Michigan law requires.
