Common questions

Framing FAQ

How fast can you frame a house?

A typical 2,000–3,500 SF two-story goes from first plate to dry-in in roughly 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and weather. You get a committed schedule in the quote — and daily progress photos while we're on it.

Do you do labor-only or labor + material?

Both. Builders usually supply material through their lumberyard and we frame it; homeowners usually want turnkey. We quote it either way from your plans.

Can you open a load-bearing wall in my house?

Yes — that's bread and butter. We size and set the LVL or beam, install temporary shoring, and leave it inspection-ready. Try our free header calculator for a preliminary size, then have us verify on site.

Are you insured?

Fully insured, with a certificate of insurance available same day, and SAM.gov registered for government work.
